We are pleased to accept timely returns of unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged items within 15 days from the date you received your order. Your items must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials.

Returns made online with refunds to the original form of payment will have a $9.95 restocking fee.

For items marked 30%-50% off we accept returns within 7 days upon receipt. All returns are subject to a $9.95 restocking fee.

All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you need to exchange an item, simply contact us at [email protected] to request an exchange. Once we receive the item back to our warehouse, we will ship out the new item. If we cannot find a replacement at that time, we will issue you a credit memo to be used on future purchases on this webshop.

We only accept exchanges for items that were purchase via this website. dazzlingdelight, Inc. will not accept items that were purchased from other retailers. dazzlingdelight has the right to deny the exchange of product if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
